In his Autumn Statement on 22 November 2023, the Chancellor announced that there will be a cut in the rate of Employee National Insurance Contributions from 12% to 10%.
These changes will be automatically implemented by Payroll Manager in a software update on 4th December 2023. There is nothing further that you need to do in order for these rates to be implemented – simply update your copy of Payroll Manager when prompted to do so.
