We don’t sell payslips ourselves. Payroll Manager can print payslips in many different layouts, either onto plain paper, to PDF, or to pre-printed stationery if you prefer (We recommend Hague Direct / Form Factory if you wish to buy pre-printed forms). Payroll Manager can print HMRC approved P45s and P60s directly onto plain paper, or to PDF, so no special stationery is required.
Yes and no. The software is continuously updated so that is able to process the current tax year, plus all previous years going back to 1992/3. However, you should be aware that HMRC will not accept RTI returns after the 19th April following the end of that tax year, so if you need to send employee pay information to HMRC for previous years you would need to use HMRC Basic PAYE Tools software to submit an ‘Earlier Year Update’.
Payroll Manager is updated at various intervals throughout the year (approximately every 2 months) via automatic downloads from our website, so the software is always up to date with the latest legislation.
