Payroll Manager Licences and User Licence Codes
1. Where can I find my User Licence Code (ULC)?
Your User Licence Code (ULC) is stored within the Payroll software itself, so if you have access to Payroll Manager, click ‘Help-User Licence‘ from the main menu. You will see the licence code, and the expiry date of the licence on the screen.
If for some reason you don’t have access to Payroll Manager, then you may still have the email we sent to you when you first purchased / renewed your licence (sent from the address [email protected] ) This email has two file attachments, one of which is your invoice, the other is your User Licence Certificate. If you still cannot find your code, then please send an email to [email protected] giving as many details as you can about the licence holder (Name, address, postcode etc).
2. I have recently re-installed Payroll Manager, but it is telling me that my licence code has expired.
Check that you are actually using your most recent licence, as you have a new ULC each year.
3. Do you contact me when my licence is about to expire?
No. The software will remind you if your licence is about to expire, giving you six weeks advance notice. It will then prompt you to renew online, where you will receive a new ULC, which you enter into the program and carry on as before.
4. How do I upgrade to a larger version of Payroll Manager? –
Please send an email to [email protected] stating your current licence code and we will then contact you with further information.
