How to buy / renew our software
Place your order online
More than 99% of our customers place their order online via our secure website using a credit or debit card. This is by far the best method as your order will be processed securely and you will be able to start using our software immediately. We do not make an additional charge for credit or debit card payments.
Click on the green ‘Buy Online’ button at the top right hand side of this page to proceed. Your order will be processed in a matter of seconds, and you will be issued with a new ‘User Licence Code’ (ULC) which you can use to download and install the software immediately. We will confirm your order by email, and send a further email containing your invoice, normally within 1 working day.
Paying by Bank Transfer
We would prefer for you to pay online by credit or debit card (as per the instructions above) if at all possible as this makes the process more efficient and you will receive your new licence details immediately. If you still prefer to pay by Bank Transfer then please be aware that this will typically take up to 5 working days to process, so you should not use this method of payment if you require use our our software immediately.
