Our software is compatible with Windows 11 and Windows 10. It is NOT designed to work on a MAC.

Please make sure that all boxes with with a ‘ * ‘ are filled in correctly. Once you have done this, select your method of payment and follow the on-screen instructions.

Important: Please note that if you are renewing a licence then you must ensure that you enter and click to validate your current User Licence Code in the ULC validator box on the right hand side of this page. (Click ‘Help – User Licence’ in Payroll Manager to view your current ULC).

Installation and Using your User Licence Code

If you already have the software installed on your computer (including trial versions) you should:

  1. Print this page
  2. Run the software
  3. Click on HELP and USER LICENCE on the menu
  4. Click the ENTER A NEW USER LICENCE CODE button
  5. Type in your new User Licence Code shown above or in your email confirmation and press OK

If you do not have the software installed on your computer you should:

  1. Print this page
  2. Click on the DOWNLOAD link above and download and install the relevant program
  3. When asked to, enter the User Licence Code shown above or in your email confirmation
